Hello!! I hope you can help me. I am using Action Director to stitch samsung gear 360 images. yet all the images turn completely into black with less 1mb in size after importing to the project. I have to add that I am using Windows 10 in a Mac with Parallel desktop. Any idea why is this happening?

Hi, in PowerDirector 15 I probably checked once the "Always enter the full feature editor" option in the opening page, and that's what I get when I start the program. Now I'd like to use the other simpler programs and I can't find anymore the other 4 buttons to click! What can I do? Is there a configuration file to edit , or anything simpler than re-installing the program? Thanks...

I am a fan of cyberlink and Powerdirector in general. I have the PD 13 ultimate and want a upgrade to Powerdirector 14 ultimate, but I don't find it. I send questions to the support, but they tells me to buy the new PD 15, but I don't need that. This 360 thing isen't for me, and that's the only big news on PD15. Cyberlink are greate, but the support are terrible. They hardly understand english and they never answer any of the questions! Hope one of you guys are capabel to answer? CAN I GET HOLD OF POWERDIRECTOR 14 ULTIMATE??

My video is not ready yet I need to upload them ,rearranged and edited and turned into and slide show , make sure the song matches the song then go from there to video and publishing Am not interested in windows 10

I just downloaded power director 13 and just will not activate. Not even giving me 30 days to do so? You guy's should have it so we can activate by phone also.

So far I was mostly with photography and accordingly my way of thinking is mostly Photoshop based. So - does this software lets to enhace video clip sharpness-,color saturation-,contrast wise as well? Is there any chance to use different filters similar to NicCollection or Topaz on Photoshop ?

I've upgraded twice...from PD 13 to 14 to 15.  How do I move all my saved Titles, etc. from previous versions to PD 15?

Nevertheless, Some days ago I got an e-mail asking me an interesting question that I can't answer. That's why I would like your help, because some people are really interested. So, let me explain: Imagine we use chroma key and the subject (person) sometimes moves out of green zone. So, We would like to use mask to fix it,. Target would be a "moving mask" following that person, because sometimes mask needs to be resized. Is there any solution to get a moving mask for excluding some parts of white wall? After that problem, I tried to use keyframes for mask, changing size but nothing worked. I'm using PowerDirectior 12. I video bands and make Promotional Videos. I am having issues with audio. When I enhance the audio it goes out of sync on longer videos up to an hour and sometimes on short video also. I did update it to fix these things but it didn't work. Is this the right software for me use for my work? and if it is the right software is there a fix for what is happening. Gerry

i have been using powerdirector from the version 10.I am now with the version 13 ultimate suite and honestly saying,this software is useless!!! Any time i have two hours of on the timeline,it freezes and will not function unless i restart the programme again and its slows down my work. I have complain to powerdirector technicians but till now no single answer or solution have been given.I have encountering this problem anytime i am editing a video and i am tired of it, iwill now discontinue using this useless software.
