The Nike Snowboarding Project - "Chapter 1" - A short film by Joe Carlino - Official
by NikeSnowboarding 13,636 views
Joe Carlino took to the streets with Johnnie Paxson, Jess Kimura, Halldor Helgasson, Justin Bennee and Jed Anderson. Joe's resume includes a few of the best Transworld flicks to date, as well as helping start Videograss, easily one of the most relevant production companies today.
Filming on the streets isn't easy, but Joe was given total control to make the project he wanted and that freedom shows in the results. Even with the constant search for new spots and dealing with realities such as getting kicked out before landing a trick, at the end of the day, Joe's flick will make you want to go out and ride.
"My main goal was to make a cool edit with snowboarding at the forefront," Joe said. "I have always wanted my edits to have the snowboarding first priority and let video speak for itself."

The Nike Snowboarding Project - "Chapter 2" - A short film by Brad Kremer
by NikeSnowboarding 33,825 views
Brad Kremer has been a staple snowboard filmmaker for longer than many of the riders on the Nike team have been alive, and even he was wowed by the setting for the Park Chapter of the Nike Snowboarding Project. "I've seen a lot of amazing parks in my days, but I have to say that what they built at Montafon for Nike was at the top of the list," he said. The crew of Sage Kotsenburg, Louie Vito, Gjermund Braaten, Jamie Nicholls, Danny Kass, Ethan Morgan, Jan Scherrer, Peetu Piiroinen and Austin Smith were let loose at Silvretta Montafon in Austria and this chapter is where you'll really see the limits of what is possible on a snowboard pushed. For Kremer though, it was not just about progression. "This project actually brought me back to my roots," he explained. "It's a little more on the raw side compared to what I have been doing lately. A polished raw, of course. I think that's why the end result is so fun."

The Nike Snowboarding Project - "Chapter 3" - A short film by Justin Hostynek
by NikeSnowboarding 14,252 views
Justin Hostynek trekked into the steep and deep with some the most-experienced crew on the Nike Team for the final chapter of the Nike Snowboarding project. After years of filming with Nico and Gigi, Justin already had the relationships and knowledge to get the best of the best from these riders. They were joined by Danny Kass, who after years of halfpipe dominance is taking things out of bounds, and Eric Jackson who rounded out a dream team of riders with insane style and tricks. If you dream of endless powder lines and faceshots, the backcountry chapter will whet your appetite for more.

Danny Kass: Operation Double Tongue - Quick Strike Commercial
by NikeSnowboarding 3,680 views
In honor of Danny Kass's return to snowboarding's silver screen, we're proud to announce the triumphant re-release of the Danny Kass Double Tongue Quick Strike boot. After a two-year hiatus, we've brought back this unique construction with a few improvements and art inspired by the classic American aviation.
CLASSIFIED -- FOR YOUR EYES ONLY
At approximately 0600 on January the 1st, 2012, Danny Kass flew in like a bat out of hell to brief in 'OPERATION Double Tongue'. The objective: Make awesome gear. Be explosive. Get spontaneous.
With changes in solar radiation, ocean circulation variations and the vegetation ecosystem becoming unstable, there was no option but to accept. With time running out, bravery was our only ally. We laced up our boots, zipped up our coats and ventured into the unknown.
After flying miles high around the globe, Danny returned home with the illustrious double tongue quick strike boot and jacket.
The DKQS boot and jacket are available in a limited quantity.
Objective achieved.
