*GAYMARRIAGE IN CALIFORNIA : THE STORY

Hello, this is the story about GAYMARRIAGE OR SAMESEXMARRIAGE in California USA : It begins with the victory on 15 may 2008 at a supreme court, then you see marriages, 1800 couples married, then you see video's pro and contra proposition 8 (that would forbid gaymarriage in California and even add it to the constitution of CA.) Eventually Propostion 8 won with 52 percent of the Californian vote FOR prop 8. Then you see that a court is going to decide (2009) if everything is legitimate, and the result is negatieve : No new gay marriages BUT the 1800 gay couples already married, can stay married. THEN you see a republican an democratic lawyer are going to a FEDERAL court in California with a gay and a lesbian couple who were denied marriage.. In 2010 the debates in the courthouse are busy and finally on the 5th of august the federal courtjudge in California decides AGAINST PROP 8, and FOR GAYMARRIAGE. The judge is judge Vaughn R Walker and makes a decision of 136 pages. You can find that decision here = https://ecf.cand.uscourts.gov/cand/09cv2292/files/09cv2292-ORDER.pdf (you can read the conclusion = on page 135 and 136)
And then you see press releases and reaction of gay people but also some for propositon 8 (whjo lost the trial).
ANYHOW : IT IS HIGHLY PROBABLE it WILL GO TO THE SUPREME FEDERAL COURT of the WHOLE USA, and it IS POSSIBLE that THEY DECIDE ALSO AGAINST PROP 8 then in the whole USA GAYMARRIAGE PROBABLY WOULD BECOME LEGAL, and not only in California !
