Police Give Marijuana back after taking it away, then they took it back again, too only say, I could have it back, if I come down to the station and get it!?! No I wasn't driving as I was parked with no keys in the ignition, so I was just sitting there minding my own business! I was legal under the State of Michigan Medical Marijuana law, which stating I can have 2 and a half ounces on me and can be a caregiver for 5 patients which I was under my limit! All I was doing was trying too help another legal card hold patient who was a 60 plus year old lady suffering from liver cancer, so since I only had 4 official spots filled I could help this poor lady out and fill my last 5th spot till the police showed up ruining the fun!
This video was made actually after the original busting officer who was just an off duty sheriff who lived in the neighborhood who then rolled up protecting his turf he expressed as he didn't want this kinda stuff going down in a gas station parking lot he attends regularly! His excuse was he was smelling it on me like I was smoking it approving of this bust! I however did not video tape the original off duty sheriff, because I was scared shitless as two seconds later I didn't have my ID nor my medical marijuana card approving me! I was fortunately able too call my wife and she was able too arrive before the two on duty police officers who are seen in this video arrived! One was mean and the other was pretty cool, even though they actually DID TAKE my medical marijuana, unlike how I made them look like the one like he's actually giving me my marijuana back all sneaky like as I am sure some dumb ass will think, but with my trick and fancy editing of this video I made it end that way, but he was originally giving me my marijuana back so technically Police did give me marijuana! ;)
