リルー・マセは、1977年８月、カリフォルニア州サンタ・バーバラでフランス人の両親の元に生まれ、フランスのナントで育つ。­オックスフォード・ブルックス大学（イギリス）および ESC ラ・ロシェル（フランス）にて、欧州ビジネス専攻の学士号を取得した。その後アメリカへ戻り、ロンドンで数年を過ごした後、現在­アメリカ在住である。
リルーは、100 日間をひと区切りに引き寄せの法則の魔法と効力を体験する世界的なコミュニティ、100-Day Reality Challenge（100日間の現実への挑戦）の共同創設者。

シカゴ在住中に、Live a Juicy Life と呼ばれるテレビ番組のプロデューサー兼司会者を務めた。この時からスピリチュアルでインスピレーショナルなウェブビデオを 1200本以上作成し続けており、550人以上へのインタビューを成功させている。
