I am a Sonic fan, so I have my opinions on who's the best and who's the worst. These are different from most people's opinions, though.
Here are my favorite voices for some of the Sonic characters:
Sonic: Junichi Kanemaru/Ryan Drummond
Tails: William Corkerie
Knuckles: Nobutoshi Kana
Amy: Jennifer Doulliard
Rouge: Rumi Ochiai
Shadow: David Humphrey
Now my least favorite voices:
Sonic: Martin Burke/GRIFFITH!!!
Tails: Amy Pallant/Lainie Frasier
Knuckles: Dan Green
Amy: Taeko Kowata/Lisa Ortiz
Rouge: Caren Manuel
Shadow: Jason Griffith
Also, I have some opinions on which Sonic pairings make sense:

TailsXCream
TaisXCosmo
ShadRouge
KnuxRouge
Silvaze.
I don't have a problem if you want to pair TailsXRouge, ShadAmy, SonRouge, or even ShadCream. Just remember that these pairings, along with every single yaoi and yuri pairing in the Sonic universe are non-canon.
