I could have sworn there were more videos on your channel. Wasn't there one on cooking a chocolate/matcha cake in a rice cooker? Did you delete them? Anyway, I'm glad this channel is starting to be more active again. I look forward to more videos in the future:)

This is wonderful. And Okonomiyaki seems like a great food. Very healthy. I'm going to try to make it for myself. Keep the healthy food coming!

The food you showed on your main channel from Bali looked good! Cook us something Bali inspired? Could be fun to watch you experiment! Unless you are trying to stick to just Japanese food, I think it would be fun.

Think I have a nice chocolate recipe for you, very easy and quick to make as well. I'm sure you both will love it! This recipe is called 'pinda rotsjes' in Dutch, translated to English that would be 'peanut rocks'. A excellent treat to anyone that loves chocolate and will do good when having visitors over as well. 1. Buy any chocolade you wish, pure, milk, etc. Just as long as it does not have anything like nuts in it or cream. Must be a solid block of chocolate. Best to buy 4 chocolate bars since it's the main ingredient. 2. Buy also unsalted peanuts, this is the second ingredient that is used. Also need enough of these. 3. Get yourself a pan with the sides being tall enough, melted chocolate is still a liquid. (example: http://www.clker.com/cliparts/F/3/L/p/I/2/sauce-pan-md.png) Also have a wooden spoon, silver foil, large plate that fits in your fridge and 2 bowls ready. 4. Preparation is key for this, you don't want to do any of that during the melting process. Chocolate melts rather rapidly and can burn easily if you don't keep stirring. So let's start with your fridge. Make sure your plate is ready to be placed inside of it, get everything out of the way that may keep it from doing so. Alternatively you can use several smaller plates to get the same effect. (top part where you put groceries, drinks etc and not the bottom part where you deep freeze things!) Now for the plate itself, cover the top entirely with silver foil. This keeps makes sure the chocolate won't stick to the plate and will be easier to remove once done. Place it nearby the furnace so you don't loose time running around the kitchen, chocolate does not wait for you and solidifies pretty rapidly making it harder for you. Now break up the chocolate into small blocks, this will later speed up the melting process. Place these in one of the bowls for easy keeping and easy access. For the peanuts you only have to poor 1 bag into a bowl, don't worry about the loose skins of the peanuts. You will need enough peanuts to get covered up by chocolate, yet a bit more chocolate since it does need to get covered up properly. 5. Now you are ready to place the pan on the fire and melt the chocolate, make sure you don't throw in everything in 1 go! It will be a lot easier to handle with 1 full hand at a time! Don't forget to stir, chocolate will burn easily if you don't! 6. Once you see that the chocolate is nearly done melting completely, you throw in the peanuts. 1 full hand should be more then enough. Make sure that it is mixed up fully, use your wooden spoon to do so. 7. With the chocolate and peanuts mixed completely, you can take it off the fire and poor small piles of it on the silver foil. Each pile should be about 4 cm by 4 cm, if they are a little bigger or smaller does not really matter. It just makes it easier to cool down if all are about the same size. Make sure you keep the 'rock' idea in mind, they should be pointing up like a mountain. This is NOT a flat cookie! The shape of the rock is defined by the peanuts, don't worry about that part 8. Repeat steps 5 to 7 until you are out of chocolate or space on your plate. 9. Place the plate in your fridge and let it cool down for about 24 hours, you can eat them much earlier but with a longer wait you will make sure it is completely solid and does not melt as quickly in your fingers making a mess of things. 10. After 24 hours, take the plate out of the fridge and carefully get the chocolate off the plate and silver foil. You could use for example a spatula to separate them from the silver foil. Do check the underside to make sure there is no silver foil left on the chocolates, that wouldn't taste very good or is any good for your body ;) Once all done, enjoy the chocolates you made or give them away to a loved one! :) EDIT: I forgot to add that you can decorate the recipe above with another color chocolate for example. A dark colored chocolate would be covered with a white colored chocolate for example. You would be able to make tiny mount Fuji's or something like that. You as more advanced cook should be able to get this done perfectly.
