How to Get Your Own Junkman Detailing DVD's!
Hey boys and girls, the Junkman's detailing DVD's are now available! You can get your very own by sending your payment to my PayPal account, which is outlined in the above video. There are 2 DVD's, at a cost of $20 each plus shipping. Shipping is as follows:
$4 US for anywhere in the USA.
$7.50 US for anywhere in Canada
$13.50 for anywhere else in the world.
The DVD's are about 90 minutes long (1.5 hours) each and contain the following subjects:
DVD I - I show how to setup the PC to use 4" pads, which are perfect for getting into tight areas on your vehicle. However, I concentrate more on showing how delicate your pressure technique needs to be when using this setup. In order to show this, I remove a majority of swirls and scratches from the lid of a laptop computer. You know, the part that contains the screen? I do this swirl and scratch removal process using NO pressure at all WITHOUT busting the screen on the laptop. Pressure is very key when using pads of this size because too much pressure kills the effectiveness of those pads.
I also go into the use of the Optimum Polishes product line, both the regular and Hyper lines. I show and explain the difference between the two lines and give my recommendations on when you should use one or the other. I also show one of the nice things about this line in that it has a nice long working time in the ideal setting.
DVD II - On this DVD, I go into detail on how to see the swirls and scratches in your paint without spending gobs of money on fancy "swirl finding" lights. I show how to find them using sunlight, halogen lights and a regular incandescent light bulb. I also go into a detailed discussion on applying waxes (be them sealants or paste wax), and I do a demonstration of the process of applying a carnuba paste wax. Lastly, I show the process of removing a deep gouge in the rear fascia of my Corvette, where I managed to back into a concrete column. I show the entire process and the results turn out better than I could have wished for.
That's it boys and girls, get your DVD's while the getting is good!
