The Brazoswood High School Marching band is under the direction of Jim Koch with assistance from Brian Casey, Eric Harper, and Amy Walden. The Brazoswood band has made the State Finals in both the UIL State Marching contest and the TMEA Honor band competition the last six years. They were the only band at the UIL state wind ensemble contest to have every performer on stage win an Outstanding Performer Medal in both 2000,2004 and 2006. The band has been a consistent finalist performer at Bands of America Regional and Super Regional competitions for the last eight years. The Brazoswood Percussion section has been selected twice in the last three years threw audition to perform at P.A.S.I.C the Percussive Arts Society International Convention.
