Yo elliot ! First of all , your chanel is great , you are a reat strongman and guru , but more importantly , you are a strongman . So i would like you to post videos of training in your gym , or show us how certain exersises are done , so that we can become what we want ( big , strong , lean , ripped , bodybuilders , strongmen etc . ) . i mean , we ALL like the theories , tips and opinions you give , but in order to be something bigger than guru , like a rolemodel that you kind of are for some as i can see , you should show , not tell only , us WAY more about the actual training , so that we can become what we want .

ps: i LOVE the videos you do about inspiration ! they help everyone a lot !

Yo elliot , my name is chris. im 14 years old, weight 120lb, and i will be going to into highschool next year. all my life i have played football and lacrosse and i want to continue doing so in highschool. the only problem is that i can't lift weights. i have a heart condition that restricts me from lifting weights. what i can do though is body weight exercies. are there any body weight work outs that you can give me so i can keep up with the kids that will be lifting. if you could give me an answer it would be great. love you chanel and keep up the good work
