About Me:
After writing a few scripts and filling in as an actor and assistant director, John found himself in charge of a youth drama team that would become the Dramamaniacs. For seven years, John led this exciting ministry, producing as many as four different skits a week for two different youth programs. He then spent a year directing a touring group for Youth for Christ in Louisville before forming a nationally touring drama company. The group went through many changes and ultimately disbanded, but John soon switched gears from touring to film, producing dozens of short films for use in ministry featuring live actors and puppets.
Righteous Insanity was founded in 1994 as an alternative to traditional drama and drama ministry publishers. We offer more than 1000 scripts in our drama catalog that cover a wide range of audiences and topics. What makes us unique, however, is our writing service, something you won't find at a traditional publisher. Whether you need a skit for a special event, a play, a series of dramas, or even a full week of camp curriculum, we can provide the material at your specific direction in a timely and economical manner.
