  • Lake Forest (Santiago Canyon) Fire footage (California) FULL

    Here is a collection of video I took this evening and some photos at the end of the fire that took over the canyon. This fire is in the Irvine/Foothill Ranch/Lake Forest area and you can see it stretches across an enormous distance. The smell of smoke stretches out 20-30 miles. I was driving down Portola and noticed the area behind Ralphs was on fire. From there I ended up filming the rest of the canyon. Everywhere you looked was flames or smoldering areas which as the wind blew would become a raging inferno. I would say this is an experience I will forever remember. That and the fact you can't breathe without smelling smoke. Show less
