1) Did Obama say something about 'Retrofit'? Carburators with the 120mpg units proposed in the 50'? GM & Chrysler to reintroduce the EV1 ELECTRIC CAR? Don't talk - MAKE IT. BEFORE 2010!

3) Action NOW - or America will continue to die a slow economic 3rd world country death.
4) Gradually work in new tax at the pump or utilities: This will be med system relief.
5) New tax won't be noticed with relief from soaring gas prices.
6) As mpg's/pump charges increase, so will FREE health care.
7) Eliminate outrageous health insurance and economy will grow.
8) Eliminate unemployment - institute infrastructure repair works program. If Government can bail out wall street for 1 Trillion, they can advance 'credit-stamps' for food, shelter and clothing for those with no jobs who work with infrastructure programs. Then the working class can keep their homes!
